Jeremy is a commercial and general civil litigator with experience managing a broad range of litigation matters, including personal injury, premises liability and automobile accidents. Jeremy's practice also includes product liability, business torts, and intellectual property litigation.
Jeremy's legal experience includes commercial litigation with Nall & Miller, LLP in Atlanta, where his practice was focused on product liability litigation defense as well as corporate/mergers & acquisitions and antitrust work with Faegre & Benson, LLP in Minneapolis, MN. Jeremy also was Assistant Vice President of Outreach & Business Development with H&R Block and Executive Director of the LMI Policy Research Institute in Kansas City, MO.
